Nose: Mellow and delicate - Elder flower, malt, caramel, iodine
Palate: Light and silky - Pear, grains, vanilla, citrus
Finish: Round - Iodine, vanilla, grains

Ingredient:

• 5 cl Yamazakura Blend
• 3 cl blood orange juice
• 3 drops Whiskey Barrel Aged Bitters
• Zest of 1 blood orange

Receipe:

Fill an old fashioned glass with ice cubes:
Pour in the ingredients, starting with 5 cl of Japanese Yamazakura Blend whisky
Stir gently
Garnish with a slice of blood orange
