Since 1783, this 100% French herbal liqueur has upheld an ancestral recipe crafted at the Distillerie du Centre by the Nouhaud family, faithful to a know-how that has remained unchanged. Double-distilled in traditional wood-fired pot stills, it is born from the blending of herbal distillates, eau-de-vie and sugar. La Gauloise stands out for a rare balance: the freshness of a newly crafted distillate combined with the depth gained through maturation in barrels.
Our mint liqueur La Mentheuse has been awarded a Gold Medal at the Spirits Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, an internationally recognised competition renowned for its high standards and rigorous judging process. Born in the South of France, La Mentheuse is distilled from white mint and peppermint on a grape based spirit, which gives it a round and silky texture. It delivers intense aromatic power and mentholated freshness with only 15% ABV and minimal sugar. A contemporary, accessible liqueur, designed to be enjoyed both in cocktails and as a digestif.
