Juices matured for 3 to 5 years, then finished for 20 months in rhum agricole casks (French oak)

Tasting notes

Nose: Luscious and floral - Orange blossom, rum spongecake, green apple
Palate: Bright and warm - Woody spices, cut grass, incense
Finish: Persistent - Sandalwood, clove
