• Aged between 3 and 5 years, then matured in Bordeaux red wine casks
• Uncoloured - not chill filtered and without additives

Tasting notes

Nose: Fruity and round - Ripe red fruits, baked peaches, apricot compote
Palate: Silky - Vinous and tannic notes, yellow peaches, tea leaves
Finish: Persistent and dry - Fruity and tangy notes
