• Made from nine botanicals sourced in Hiroshima: five citrus fruits (lime, navel orange, bitter orange, sweet summer orange, yuzu) combined with hinoki (cypress bark), green tea, red perilla and ginger
• A dry gin that reflects the mingling of sea mist and the freshness of the dominant citrus
• 4 cl Sakurao Classic gin
• 1.5 cl lime juice
• A touch of wasabi
• 8 cl ginger beer
In a glass, add the gin, the lime juice, the wasabi and ice. Stir, then top up with ginger beer.
