Peat level: 15 PPM
Aged for several years in bourbon casks and new oak casks previously heavily charred by Kelvin Cooperage in Kentucky
Blended and then finished for several months in new oak casks.

Nose: Intense • Spices, vanilla, caramelized apple, muscovado sugar, peat
Palate: Sweet • Dried fruits, caramel pudding, peat
Finish: Long • Warm spices
