• Crafted entirely with French barley
• Double distilled in Charente stills
• Juices aged for up to four years in bourbon casks (first and second fill) and in new American oak barrels
• Finished in casks previously used to store peated whisky from Islay
• Non-chill filtered

Tasting notes

Nose: Dry and mineral - Light peat, star anise, hint of iodine
Palate: Round and peaty - salted butter toffee, heather, hay, vanilla cream
Finish: Finish | Elegant and herbaceous
