An absolute Dominican classic, the Presidente Martí line boasts some of the most elegant rums in the Dominican Republic. These four rums are made in accordance with the "solera" method, a cascaded aging process where each rum spends a certain amount of time in various American and French oak casks, providing them with a wonderfully sweet and woody flavor. Delicious!
• 4 cl Presidente Martí Añejo
• 5 cl passion fruit puree
• 2 cl yuzu juice
• Ginger
• Espelette chili pepper
In a highball glass:
Muddle 2 thin slices of ginger
Fill with ice cubes
Pour in the ingredients, starting with Presidente Martí Añejo Dominican rum
Finish with a dash of Espelette chili powder
Stir, then serve
