This rounded, fruity 100% Japanese whisky is the result of a unique blend of grain and malt whiskies distilled on the shores of the Seto Inland Sea at the SAKURAO distillery. It is then aged in bourbon casks in a former railway tunnel—where maturation conditions are particularly ideal—before being finished for several months in casks that previously held Jamaican rum.
