Camus La Grande Marque has entrusted us with the distribution of the Lambay Irish whiskey range, born from the meeting of two visionary minds: Cyril Camus and Alexander Baring.
Owned by the Baring family since 1903, Lambay Island lies just a few kilometres off the Irish coast, near Dublin. This preserved territory offers a unique environment where tradition and innovation come together to create distinctive whiskeys.
Triple distilled, Lambay whiskeys are finished in cognac casks, a signature of the House of Camus. On the island, the casks rest in a century old maturation warehouse known as the Sea Cask Room. The maritime microclimate marked by sea spray, iodine and salty air permeates the wood and contributes to the aromatic richness of the whiskeys.
The reduction is carried out using the volcanic water of Trinity Well, a naturally mineral rich spring located on the island, bringing finesse and elegance to the spirit.
The development of the range is overseen by Julie Landreau, Cellar Master of the House of Camus, who brings her expertise in maturation and blending to the Lambay whiskeys.
We now distribute three expressions from the brand:
Lambay Irish Malt
Lambay Small Batch
Lambay Single Grain
A range that embodies the union of Irish terroir, maritime microclimate and the craftsmanship of the House of Camus.
