Crafted by the Pallini distillery, Amamalfi is a lemon liqueur from Italy's Amalfi Coast. It is made following a traditional family recipe using IGP-certified lemons from the Amalfi region. This liqueur is renowned for its authentic flavor and artisanal quality.
• 5 cl Limoncello
• 9 cl Prosecco D.O.C
• 3 cl Sparkling water
• 1 slice of lemon
Fill a balloon glass with ice cubes and pour in the Amamalfi liqueur. Then add the Prosecco and top up with a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
