Technical information

• Water taken directly from the springs neighboring the distillery and botanical ingredients from northern Japan
• In addition to juniper berries, the other ingredients make for a unique gin: coriander, licorice, orange, lemon and grapefruit
• Made in small batches in a copper still
• No sugar added
